Where do we ship to?

Ivy & October is currently shipping to:

  • Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
  • Including P.O. Boxes. 
  • All US Military bases, APO/FPO
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

We do not currently ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.  

 

How long does shipping take?

 Ivy & October is a cross-border company with warehouses in both the U.S. and overseas.

On the individual product detail page, you will see the estimated shipping time for each product.

USA products: 2 - 5 business days*

Overseas products: 5 - 10 business days* 

 

Will I be able to track my order?

Absolutely! An email with tracking number will be triggered automatically when you order ships. And an automated email with the tracking number update will be triggered and sent to you immediately. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
